How VYAARO works

One order, seen from three sides — the shop that placed it, the agent whose shop it is, and the wholesaler who has to pick it.

For shops

You buy stock. VYAARO is the order book, the price list and the invoice file, on the phone already in your hand.

  1. 1

Register, or let your agent do it

Sign up with your shop name, address and mobile number — or give your details to the VYAARO agent on your route and they will enter them for you, against their referral code.

  2. 2

    Wait for approval

A person at VYAARO checks the shop is real and approves it. Until then you can look around, but not order.

  3. 3

    Add your GSTIN

A 15-digit GSTIN is required before your first order — not for paperwork's sake, but because it decides the tax on every invoice you will receive. Orders are refused without it.

  4. 4

    Order from the catalogue

Rates are per quantity, so the price drops as the quantity rises and you can see where the next break is. Minimum order quantities are the seller's, and are enforced at checkout rather than sprung on you afterwards.

  5. 5

    Follow it to your door

Confirmed, packed, dispatched, delivered. Once it is dispatched you get the transporter and the LR number, which is what you need to trace or collect the consignment.

One order carries one seller, because one tax invoice carries one seller’s GSTIN. A cart mixing two wholesalers is split rather than refused.

For agents

You know the shops on your route. VYAARO keeps the score, so the part you used to argue about at the end of the month is simply visible.

  1. 1

    Onboard shops with your code

Every agent has a referral code. A shop registered under it is yours — whether you entered the details yourself or they typed the code in.

  2. 2

    Your shops order

You see their orders as they are placed, with the shop, the value and where the order has reached.

  3. 3

    Commission accrues on delivery

2% of the taxable value of the order — not on placement, not on dispatch, but when the goods are delivered. A cancelled order reverses it. The rate on each order is the rate agreed at the time it was placed, so a later change cannot rewrite what you earned.

  4. 4

    Approved, then paid

Earnings move from pending to approved to paid, and each of those is a number you can see rather than a stage you have to ask about.

For wholesalers

You supply the goods. VYAARO gives you the orders, a pick list you can actually work from, and a clear figure for what you are owed.

  1. 1

    List your goods

Your catalogue, your rates, your quantity breaks, your minimums and your stock. Shops see your listed products; nobody sees the ones you have hidden.

  2. 2

Orders arrive with everything needed to fill them

Line items, quantities, the shop, the delivery address and a number to ring — on one screen, so a person in the godown can pick straight off it.

  3. 3

    Pick, pack, dispatch

Confirm the order, pack it, then dispatch it with the transporter and the LR number. If part of it is short, you can say so instead of pretending otherwise.

  4. 4

Delivery is confirmed by the other side

You hand the goods to the transporter; the shop or VYAARO confirms they arrived. That is deliberate — delivery is what releases commission and revenue, so it is not the supplier's to declare.

  5. 5

Get paid, less the platform fee

Your figures show gross delivered, the platform fee, and the net payable to you — the number you will actually check.

GST and invoices

A wholesale order is a tax event, and the invoice is the part a tax officer may one day read. It is treated accordingly.

The GSTIN is checked before the order, not after
A shop without a valid 15-digit GSTIN cannot place an order at all. The GSTIN in force at that moment is recorded against the order, so a shop that later re-registers does not silently rewrite its own history.
CGST + SGST, or IGST — never both
Which one applies is decided by comparing the seller's state with the buyer's, taken from the GSTIN. The invoice names the place of supply, with the State, as the rules require.
The invoice number is issued at dispatch
Not when the order is placed, and not when it is packed — a placed order has not been supplied. The series is consecutive within each financial year, which runs April to March.
Rates and HSN are recorded per line
Each line carries its own HSN code and GST rate, and the invoice summarises tax by HSN and rate, which is how a GST invoice is meant to read.

What it costs

Free

For shops

You pay for the goods and the GST on them. There is no fee to register, to browse or to order.

2.5%

Platform fee, for wholesalers

Charged on the taxable value of delivered orders and shown on every payout, so the gross, the fee and the net are all visible. Individual rates can be agreed.

Agents earn 2% of the taxable value of the orders their shops take delivery of. It is not added to the shop’s bill.
